新常态下,高校职工书屋的建设具有其重要性和必要性。针对高校职工书屋建设中存在的认识不到位、资金不足、利用率低下等主要问题,应采取高度重视建设、加大投资力度、提高其地理可及性、具有特色藏书、打造示范性职工书屋以及加强对外学习交流活动等措施,加大高校职工书屋建设过程中的供给侧改革,充分发挥其在大学文化建设中的作用。

In order to solve the problems, such as insufficient understanding, insufficient fund and low utilization rate, in the process of establishing the study for the university staff, the construction process should be paid much attention to, the investment strength should be strengthened greatly, its geographic accessibility should be improved, the featured library was necessary, the exemplary staff study should be forged, foreign learning communication activities should be strengthened and reform of the supply front shall be enhanced in the process of the construction of the study for the university staff.
