摘要
为了评价液压支架寿命情况,对安全性、可靠性、经济性指标进行量化分析后提出了量化指标,排除了主观因素的影响。引入三角模糊数判断矩阵,计算各因素的权重,构建模糊综合评价的数学模型,并以此模型对大量液压支架进行综合评价,结果与实际情况相符。验证了该模型的实用性和可靠性,为今后液压支架寿命评价提供了一种新的方法。
In order to evaluate the life of the hydraulic support, this study proposes a quantitative indicator on the basis of the quantitative analysis of the safety index, reliability index and economy index, to eliminate the influence of the subjective factors. This study also introduces the triangular fuzzy number judgement matrix, calculates the weight of each factor and constructs the mathematical model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then the study carries out comprehensive evaluation according this model and the results are consistent with the actual situation, which verifies the practicability and reliability of this model. This study provides a new way of evaluating life span of the hydraulic support.
