摘要
在液压管路布局中时,需要考虑的规则及影响因素很多,造成管路布局实现起来非常繁琐和困难。通过对常用连接方式的归纳总结,在Pro/E中创建相应参数化管件模型,使用C语言对Pro/E进行二次开发,运用Protoolkit工具箱中的函数实现管件尺寸信息的提取和赋值,用以生成管道实体,实现了常用连接方式的自动化建模。对现有的管接头库进行了完善,创建了管夹库,将管夹布置标准集成到软件内部,实现了管夹的自动布置。设计了元件统计功能,对管接头和管夹的数据进行统计,方便后续工作的进行。简化了管路布局过程,提高了布局自动化程度,实现了液压管道系统的快速设计。
Due to the variety of the principles and influence factors in the hydraulic piping arrangement, it is very complicated and difficult to implement the layout of hydraulic pipeline terminals. Through the summarization of the common connection modes of pipelines, a corresponding parametric model is established in Pro/E . The function in the toolbox Protoolkit is used to extract and assign the size information of pipe by redeveloping Pro/E with C pro- gramming language modes. The library clamp layout is inte to generate pipeline entities and realize automatic modeling of the commonly used connection of pipe joints is improved and the pipe clamp library is created, and the standard of the pipe grated into the software to realize the automatic arrangement. The statistical function of the com- ponent is designed to analyze pipe joints and clamps for the convenience of the follow-up works. The process of the pipeline layout is simplified and the degree of automation is improved. The software realized rapid design of the hy- draulic pipeline system.
