摘要
介绍了三用阀自动装卸机构、自动调压装置、液压控制系统的组成和工作原理。在分析单体液压支柱三用阀试验标准和试验功能要求的基础上,采用工业控制计算机、PCI总线的数据采集和控制卡及相应的调理板组成硬件系统。建立了试验参数设置数据库和试验结果数据库,分别用于存储被试阀的信息和技术参数、试验过程中测得的数据及经过计算和判断得到的信息。开发了一套计算机自动测控系统软件,该软件有试验参数设置、全自动试验、硬件诊断、试验数据管理等功能。计算机测控系统控制三用阀试验装置,实现了三用阀的自动装卸、安全阀压力的快速精确调定、试验数据的精确采集和自动生成打印报表等功能。
This study introduces the composition and working principle of automatic pressure regulating device, au- tomatic loading and unloading mechanism, hydraulic control system of the three-use valve test. Based on the analy- sis of the test standard and the functional requirements for testing the three-use valve of hydraulic single prop, a set of computer automatic measurement software system (CAMSS) is developed. The hardware system uses data acqui- sition card based on the PCI bus and control card. The test parameter setting database and the test result database are set up to store the information and technical parameters of the three-use valve. The software system has the function of parameters setting, automatic test, hardware diagnosis, test data management, etc. The CAMSS can control the three-use valve test device to achieve loading and unloading automatically, setting pressure of relief valve quickly and accurately, collecting test data accurately and producing print report forms automatically
