不同类型肺癌患者血凝血与纤溶指标水平分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究不同类型肺癌患者凝血和纤溶指标水平的变化情况。方法测定79例肺癌患者的凝血及纤溶指标并进行分析。结果不同类型的肺癌FDP和DD水平组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未经溶栓的肺癌患者血浆FDP水平与DD呈线性相关(P<0.001)。各组间t PAI-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同大小肿瘤组织间t PAIC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肿瘤组织大小与t PAI-C存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者凝血活性与纤溶活动是一致的,t PAI-C或许提示了肿瘤发展的阶段。
