煤炭企业兼并重组存在的问题及应对策略——以黑龙江省为例

Problems existed in merger and reorganization of coal enterprises and countermeasures——taking Heilongjiang Province as example

根据我国煤炭企业兼并重组的特点,对黑龙江省煤炭企业兼并重组的现状进行分析和研究,并比较黑龙江省煤炭企业兼并模式,分析了当前煤炭企业兼并重组出现的问题,提出相应的保障措施,依照黑龙江省的煤炭企业兼并重组模式,为其他省份的煤炭企业提供借鉴帮助。

From the merger and reorganization features of the coal enterprises in China, a study was conducted on the present status of the merger and reorganization in Heilongjiang Provincial coal enterprises. And a comparison was conducted on the merger mode of Heilongjiang Provincial coal enterprises and an analysis was conducted on the problems occurred in the merger and reorganization of the present coal enterprises. Relevant guarantee measures were provided. The merger and reorganization mode of the coal enterprises in Heilongjiang Province could provide the references and assistances to the coal enterprises in other provinces.
