煤炭企业建设项目投资风险管理研究及对策

Study and countermeasures on investment risk management of construction project in coal enterprises

针对国内部分煤炭企业建设项目投资管理中存在的投资项目盲目、融资渠道狭窄、项目超概算现象严重、后评价机制不健全等问题,提出建立健全项目管理制度、考核机制及后评价制度、完善决策程序、拓宽融资渠道、加强监管力度等有效措施,提高企业投资管理水平和经济效益。

According to the blind investment projects, narrow financing channels, serious over project estimate phenomenon, imperfect post evaluation mechanism and other problems existed in the investment management of the construction projects in some domestic coal enterprises. With the established and improved project management system, examination, mechanism and the post evaluation system, improved decision making program, financial channel widening, enhanced monitoring and management and other effective measures, improve the investment management level and economic benefits of the enterprises.
