阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊与硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床观察

Clinical observation of live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use and nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules combined with the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的探讨阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊与硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法选择2014年4月至2015年4月本院收治的102例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,将其随机分为两组。其中治疗组51例,联合使用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊和阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊进行治疗;对照组51例,仅使用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的临床症状及体征、复发率、不良反应和实验室检查结果等情况。结果用药1周后复查,两组患者总有效率分别为94.12%和90.20%,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后4周和8周两组的复发例数差异无显著性(P>0.05),但治疗组12周后患者的复发率更低,且3个月总复发率也更低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊与硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合应用治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病效果满意,复发率低,且无明显不良反应。

Objective Live lactobacillus bacteria capsules for vagina and nitrate cefuroxime made doxycycline too, vaginal soft capsule combined treatment of recurrent genital vaginal candida disease clinical effect. Method In our hospital treated 102 cases of recurrent vulva vagina candida patients, they are divided into two groups at random. Treatment group in 51 cases, a combination of cefuroxime nitrate too, made doxycycline vaginal soft capsule and the vaginal use live lactobacillus bacteria capsule treatment. Control group in 51 cases, use only the cefuroxime nitrate too system called vaginal soft capsule for treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and signs after treatment, the recurrence rate, adverse reactions and clinical laboratory examination. Result 1 week after review drug treatment group and control group total effective rate was 94.12%, 90.20% respectively, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉 0.05）. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment of recurrent cases had no significant difference, but a lower recurrence rate after 12 weeks of treatment, and lower total recurrence rate in treatment group 3 months, significant differences（P〈0.05）. In the two groups were not obvious adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion Live lactobacillus bacteria for vagina capsule and the nitrate injunctions too, doxycycline vaginal soft capsule combined use of treatment of recurrent genital vaginal candida disease effect is satisfied and the recurrence rate is low.
