中国糖尿病患者医学营养治疗知识调查及影响因素分析 被引量:7

Knowledge regarding medical nutrition therapy and the risk factors in diabetic patients:a multicenter cross-sectional study in China

摘要 目的调查中国糖尿病患者对医学营养治疗(medical nutrition therapy,MNT)知识的了解程度并分析其影响因素。方法采用定点连续抽样的方法纳入2014年5月18日至8月22日40家医院门诊和住院的糖尿病及糖尿病前期患者通过调查问卷,收集糖尿病患者的社会人口学信息和MNT知识相关信息。结果共有7017例糖尿病患者完成调查,平均年龄(59.85±13.19)岁,平均糖化血红蛋白(hemoglobin A_(1c),HbA_(1c))水平为8.16%±2.14%,控制率为38.13%(HbA_(1c)<7.0%)。4500例受试者(64.13%)的MNT知识评分≤3分。性别、职业、居住地和教育程度是影响糖尿病患者对MNT知识了解程度的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论中国糖尿病患者对MNT知识了解较少,因此,仍需进一步加强相关教育,特别应着重加强对男性、超重或肥胖、在职、教育水平低、农村患者的个体化MNT教育,帮助其更好地进行自我血糖管理。 Objective Establish the knowledge regarding medical nutrition therapy (MNT) among Chinese diabetes patients. Method A multicenter cross-sectional study was done using structured questionnaire amongst inpatients and outpatients with diabetes or pre-diabetes in 40 hospitals. Baseline characteristics of participants were obtained and their knowledge regarding medical nutrition therapy were assessed. Result Of the 7017 participants, 4500(64.13%) had poor knowledge of medical nutrition therapy of diabetes. Conclusion More than half patients with diabetes had poor knowledge regarding MNT. They should get more education about MNT, especially male, obese, in-service, lower education level and patients living in rural.
