ⅢA(N2)期非小细胞肺癌术后预后因素分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析ⅢA(N2)期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者术后预后影响因素。方法回顾98例ⅢA-N2期NSCLC行肺癌根治术患者的临床资料,分析术后可能影响患者预后的因素。结果患者术后3、5年生存率低下,影响患者术后预后相关因素有化疗、隆突下淋巴结转移、T分期等。结论ⅢA(N2)期NSCLC患者术后总体预后差,其预后情况与患者是否接受化疗、隆突下淋巴结转移及T分期密切相关,应早期给予综合手术治疗。
