微信平台干预对初产妇产褥期母乳喂养知识和喂养方式的影响

目的 探讨微信平台对初产妇产褥期母乳喂养情况的影响.方法 选取2015年8月—2016年8月于大连市某妇幼保健院2个产科病房进行分娩的200位初产妇为研究对象,将产科一病房的100人设为观察组,产科二病房的100人设为对照组.对照组在住院期间予以常规的母乳喂养指导,出院后进行电话随访6周.观察者在对照组基础上采用微信平台定期推送母乳喂养相关知识,共计6周.分别于干预前、后采用一般资料调查表、母乳喂养知识问卷、喂养方式调查表进行调查.结果 干预前,两组母乳喂养知识问卷得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后观察组母乳喂养知识问卷得分较前提高,且两组得分比较差异有统计学意义（t=7.69,P〈0.01）.干预后观察组纯母乳喂养人数多于对照组,两组母乳喂养方式比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=23.79,P〈0.01）.结论 微信平台干预有助于初产妇产褥期母乳喂养知识的提高及喂养方式的改善.

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform intervention on primipara＇s breast-feeding during puerperium.Methods A total of 200 primiparas delivering in two maternity wards in a ma-ternity ＆amp; child care center in Dalian from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects. A total of 100 cases in Maternity Ward I were enrolled in the observation group, while 100 cases in Maternity Ward II were set as controls. Conventional guidelines on breastfeeding were given to the control group during hospital stay, and telephone follow-up was maintained for six weeks. Based on these measures, the observer regularly pushed knowledge related to breastfeeding to the research objects after discharge via WeChat platform for six weeks in total. General data questionnaire, breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire and feeding pattern questionnaire were used before and after intervention.Results Before intervention, these two groups showed no statistically significant difference in breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire score（P〉0.05）; after interven-tion, the breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire score of the observation group was improved than before, and there was a statistically significant difference between two groups（t=7.69,P〈0.01）. The number of cases with exclusive breast feeding in the observation group after intervention was higher than those in the control group, and these two groups showed a statistically significant difference in breast feeding pattern（χ2=23.79,P〈0.01）. Conclusions WeChat platform intervention can help improve breastfeeding knowledge and feeding pattern among primiparas during puerperium.
