摘要
目的 分析新入职护士规范化培训的文献特点,对比新入职护士规范化培训现状与《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》培训求的差距,为护理管理者提供参考和借鉴.方法 以"新护士、新入职护士、低年资护士""规范化培训、培训"为检索词在中国知网、万方数据库检索2011年1月—2015年12月的相关文献,运用内容分析法、文献计量法对检索结果 进行分析.结果 最终纳入文献126篇,其中核心期刊的文献占18.25%、质性研究占13.49%、三级医院占74.60%.新入职护士基本理论培训达标率39.68%,27项临床护理操作全部达标的为0,专业理论与实践培训达标率为45.24%;培训方法 中课堂讲授、操作示教达标率为100%,小组讨论、临床查房、情景模拟达标率分别为13.49%、23.02%、19.84%,个案护理达标率为0;考核指标缺乏标准化病人和个案护理;结业考核达标率为100%,过程考核达标率仅为21.43%;培训时间缺乏限定标准、培训求缺乏完整性.结论 新入职护士规范化培训的现状与《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》的培训求存在一定的差距,培训内容、培训方法 、培训时间、考核指标需在大纲求下进行统一,促进培训结果 的同质化.
Objective To analyse the literatures characteristics about the new recruited nurses accepting standardized training and to compare the differences between the Standardized Training Program of New Nurses,so as to provide suggestions for nursing managers.Methods The literatures were recruited by putting the "new nurses,new recruited nurses,junior nurses" and "standardized training,training" as the key words in CNKI,WANFANG to retrieve relevant literatures from January 2011 to December 2015 and were analysed by the content analysis method and bibliometrics method.Results A total of 126 literatures were included, in which core periodicals, qualitative reasearches, tertiary hospitals accounted for 18.25%,13.49%, 74.6%, respectively. The content characteristics Results are below:the training content is incomplete;the rates of reaching basic theory knowledge training standard,27 items of clinical nursing operations training standard, special theory knowledge and operations training standard are 39.68%,0,45.24% respectively;the lecture and practice course achieved 100% compliance rate;the percent of group discussion,clinical ward round,simulation were 13.49%,23.02%,19.84% respectively;the case nursing was 9 for compliance rate;the examination index was short for standardized patient and case nursing; the graduation examination acquired 100% compliance rate;the percent of process evaluations was 21.43%. The training time was messy and the training requirements were lack of integrity.Conclusions There are some differences between the current training situations and the Guideline of New Nurses Being Trained. The training content,the training Methods ,the training time,the indexes of checking should be unified according to Guideline,to promote the homogenizing outcome.
