摘要
目的 规范每日晨交接班流程,并观察其实施效果.方法 选取2014年1月—2015年8月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院行早交班的护理人员497名和患者777例为研究对象.护理部成立交接班流程推进小组,由院循环培训组在全院范围内对护士进行循环培训,并不定期到临床进行督导和促进,使交接班流程可以全面推行到临床.结果 规范交接班流程实施后,护士疾病观察点、患者病情知晓度、患者满意度和护士满意度均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).规范交接班流程实施后交接班时间少于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 晨交接班流程的优化,提高了每日交接的质量和效率,提高了护士满意度,增加了护士对患者健康状况的了解程度,体现了优质护理服务的内涵.
Objective To investigate the application effects of regulating the daily morning shift on high-quality nursing care.Methods A total of 497nurses and 777 patients from Beijing Friendship Hospital of Capital Medical University were investegated during early morning shift from January 2014 to August 2015. The nursing department assembled a panel to implement the morning shift procedure. The hospital training institute group was responsible for the nurses training and the supervision in clinical practice.Results After the shift regulation,nurses were able to quickly concentrate on the priorities,and patients could better understand their conditions (P〈0.05). The satisfactions for both nurses and patients were highly improved and the shifting time was significantly reduced (P〈0.05).Conclusions The optimized morning shift procedure not only can promote the quality and efficiency of shifting but also can improve the satisfaction and patients' awareness of their health status.
