肿瘤支持治疗中运动干预的研究进展

Research progress of exercise intervention in supportive oncology

随着肿瘤患者生存期的延长,肿瘤支持治疗中的运动干预有了较大的发展,近年来,国内外学者对肿瘤患者运动康复进行了较多的研究,本文综述了运动在肿瘤治疗中的作用、运动的影响因素及肿瘤患者相关的运动指南等,并提出运动过程中的注意事项,以期为临床护理选用该干预方法 提供参考.

With the prolonged survival time of patients, the exercise intervention in the support-ive treatment of cancer has been greatly developed. In recent years, scholars have carried out a lot of exercise rehabilitation researches on cancer patients. This literature summarized the role of exercise in the treatment of cancer, the influencing factors of exercise and the relevant guidelines about the exercise for cancer patients. We should pay attention to the precautions of sports, so as to provide references for the reform of clinical nursing intervention.
