本文阐述了失禁性皮炎（IAD）的定义,从流行病学及IAD发生的相关因素等方面分析危重患者IAD高发生率的原因,从护理人员的培训、评估工具与方法、危重患者IAD的预防和处理等方面总结了国内外护理同行基于失禁护理指南而制定和实施的各项最新护理举措,以期为危重患者IAD的预防和护理提供循证依据.

This article describes the definition of incontinence dermatitis （IAD）,analyzes the causes of the high incidence of IAD in critically ill patients from the aspects of epidemiology and related factors of IAD,and summarizes the domestic and foreign nursing colleagues based on incontinence care guide and the development and implementation of the latest nursing measures from the aspects of the training of nursing staff, evaluation tools and methods and the prevention and treatment of IAD in critically ill patients.
