积极心理干预在晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀中的应用

Application of positive psychological intervention in hospice care of patients with advanced cancer

目的 探讨积极心理干预对晚期肿瘤患者生命质量的影响.方法 选择2014年4月—2016年7月肿瘤医院内科患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组实施常规护理以及相关肿瘤护理策略,观察组在此基础上由临床心理学专业人员对其进行积极心理干预.干预前后应用生命质量评价量表（SF-36）评价两组患者生活质量.结果 观察组患者SF-36量表平均（80.8±2.3）分,对照组（74.6±3.5）分,两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=10.467,P〈0.01）.结论 积极心理干预能有效提高晚期肿瘤患者自我效能和自我幸福感,减少患者因躯体不良感受所致负性情绪,提高患者整体生存质量.

Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention on life quality of patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced cancer were included and randomly divided into intervention group （n=50） and control group （n=50） between April 2014 and July 2016. The routine nursing and tumor nursing strategies were used in both groups,and the positive psychological intervention by clinical psychology professionals was additionally adopted in the intervention group. The quality of life between the two groups was evaluated by quality of life assessment scale （SF-36） before and after intervention.Results The average score of SF-36 in intervention group and control group was （80.8±2.3） and （74.6±3.5）,respectively. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （t=10.467,P〈0.01）. Conclusions The positive psychological intervention can improve self-efficacy and self happiness of patients with advanced cancer,relieve negative emotions caused by negative physical feelings,and improve the quality of life.
