摘要
目的 调查大学本科生拖延行为及自我效能感现状,并对其相关性进行分析.方法 采用便利抽样法于2014年6—12月选取了南京市江宁大学城5所院校中的1986名本科生进行一般拖延量表(GPS)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)的问卷调查,应用单因素分析自我效能感和拖延行为的影响因素,采用Pearson相关分析分析两者的相关性.结果 本科生GPS得分为(55.73±8.14)分,性别、专业、年级、是否独生子女、父母文化程度、是否住宿等因素影响其拖延行为(P〈0.05);GSES得分为(26.18±4.86)分,性别、专业、年级、本科批次、父母文化程度等影响其自我效能感(P〈0.05).自我效能感与拖延行为存在负相关(r=-0.166,P〈0.05).结论 拖延行为在大学生中普遍存在.应引导大学生尽早做好职业规划,学会管理时间、自我监控,提高自我效能感,减少拖延行为.
Objective To investigate the status quo of procrastination and self-efficacy among undergraduate students and analyze the correlation between them.Methods From June 2014 to December 2014, a total of 1986 undergraduate students from five universities of Jiangning college town were selected by convenience sampling method. All students were assessed by the general procrastination scale (GPS) and general self-efficacy scale (GSES). The single factor analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of self-efficacy and procrastination, in addition, the Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between self-efficacy and procrastination.Results The GPS score of undergraduate students was (55.73±8.14). Factors such as gender, specialty, grade, whether the one-child, the educational level of parents, and whether accommodation influenced the procrastination of students (P〈0.05). The GSES score of undergraduate students was (26.18±4.86). Gender, specialty, grade, whether in the key university, the educational level of parents were related with self-efficacy (P〈0.05). Self-efficacy showed a negative correlation with procrastination (r=-0.166,P〈0.05).Conclusions Procrastination is a common phenomenon among undergraduate students. Undergraduate students should begin their career planning as soon as possible, and learn time management and self-monitoring, so as to reduce their procrastination and improve self-efficacy.
