摘要
设计了一种基于智能越野小车的可燃气体泄漏源搜索机器人。该机器人由越野小车、多传感器、移动相机、通信网络及计算机控制软件等组成。智能小车采用STM32F103作为主控制器,多传感器采集的气体参数、控制参数和现场实时图像分别通过433MHz通信模块、5.8GHz视频模块传送给计算机端相对应的接收模块。计算机中采用Lab VIEW编写实时控制和监控软件。实验结果表明:该系统机器人具有越野攀爬性能强、传输距离远及灵敏度高等优点。
An intelligent car-based robot for the leakage source detection of industrial flammable gases was de- signed, which consists of an intelligent car, multisensor, movable camera, communication network and com- puterized control software. The intelligent car takes STM32F103 MCU as the primary controller and the multi- sensor collects gas parameters and control parameters and then has real-time site images transmitted to the re- ceiving modules in the computer via 433MHz communication module and 5.8GHz video module respectively; and the computer can write real-time control and monitoring software by using LabVIEW. The experimental re- suits indicate that, this robot boasts strong climbing performances, long communication distance and high-sen- sitivity and it has certain application prospects in detecting leakage source of industrial flammable gases.
