基于晶闸管电流源型变换器的STATCOM实现

摘要 该文设计了一种大功率应用场合下,主桥路采用晶闸管控制的电流源型静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)。该变换器融合多电平技术、电流注入技术,使得主电路中功率器件的开关频率较低,降低了开关损耗;注入电路所固有的零电流特性为主电路中使用晶闸管提供了可能,实现真正意义上的软开关。利用PLECS软件对STATCOM模型进行仿真,结果表明能够实现灵活的无功功率全范围控制。制作实验装置采集波形验证了系统能够实现灵活的功率调节。 In this paper, a thyristor controlled current source type static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) used in the main road under high power applications is designed. The fusion of the converter multilevel technology and the current injection technology are used to reduce the switch frequency of power devices in the main circuit, so that the switching loss is reduced. Pumping circuit features inherent in the zero current circuits provide a possibility for using thyristors in the main circuit, and provides a potential, realized soft switch. The STATCOM model is simulated in PLECS, and the results show that the reactive power can be flexibly controlled in full range. Sampling waveforms of the experimental device verify that flexible power regulation can be achieved by the system.
