摘要
针对目前自适应均压电路参考电压波形不易生成且通用性差的现状,提出一种自动生成参考电压波形的自适应均压法,该方法无需提前设置参考电压波形,通用性强,操作方便,具有良好的应用前景。利用Saber软件对自适应均压法进行仿真验证,结果表明自适应均压法具有良好的均压效果,在此基础上,基于压接型IGBT串联型换流阀对自适应均压电路进行试验验证,验证自适应均压电路的有效性与可行性。
Currently, reference voltage waveform of the adaptive voltage balance circuit is difficult to be generated, and has poor universality. Aiming at this problem, an adaptive voltage balance circuit, which automatically generates a reference voltage waveform, is presented. The circuit does not need to set up the reference voltage waveform in advance, so it is highly versatile and easy to operate, which has good prospects for application. Saber software is used to simulate the adaptive voltage balance circuit, and the simulation verification shows that the adaptive voltage balance circuit has a good effect on voltage balance. On this basis, experimental verification is made for the adaptive voltage balance circuit based on series-connected press-pack IGBT converter valve.
