摘要
随着城市电网的发展,高低压电磁环网造成的短路电流超标等问题日益严重,其影响着电网的安全稳定运行。基于电压源换流器的柔性环网控制器具有独立控制系统有功、无功功率,实现电磁环网解列与故障隔离等功能,该文根据柔性环网控制器的技术特点提出了优化传统系统设计时直流平波电抗器、接地装置以及联接变压器等设备的几种紧凑化方案,能有效地进一步减小占地面积及投资,最大化突出背靠背柔性直流输电装置的优点以适应不同应用场合的需求。
With the development of urban power grid, the problem of short-circuit current over-limitation caused by the high/low voltage electromagnetic looped network has become more and more serious, which affects the safe and stable operation of power grid. The flexible looped network controller (FLNC) based on voltage source converter-high voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) technology has the function of independent control of the active and reactive power and can realize electromagnetic looped network splitting and fault isolation. Several compact schemes are proposed by optimizing smoothing reactor, grounding device and connected transformer in traditional system design according to the FLNC's technical characteristics to further reduce converter stations' covering area and investment, so as to maximize the advantages of back-to-back VSC-HVDC device and adapt to the needs of different applications.
