摘要
随着经济社会的发展,就业市场供求主体双方特征均已发生较大变化,这对高校就业工作提出新的要求。针对目前就业工作中存在的就业信息不对称、人岗需求不匹配和帮扶机制不完善等问题,高校树立"精准化"就业工作理念,强化问题导向,构建精准的就业服务体系、就业指导体系以及就业帮扶体系,搭建完善的高校精准就业工作模式,丰富就业工作内涵,提高就业工作的针对性和科学化水平,对推动高校就业工作、提高高校毕业生就业质量与用人单位满意度有着积极意义和作用。
With the development of economy and society, the characteristics of the supply and demand sides of the job market have changed greatly, which puts forward new requirements for college employment.
