The study of the reform of the management system of state-owned enterprises, using sys- tem thinking, should be introduced a research model of Enlightenment. Openness, relationship between structure and function, cybernetics, two-way causal relationship in systems science or philosophy of sys- tem, contains more system thinking, which has positive significance for the reform of the management system of state-owned enterprises.
