摘要
运用演化博弈理论构建演化博弈模型,研究双方在合作中的博弈策略,通过复制动态方程、Jacobi矩阵和局部稳定性分析科学手段,得出双方的演化博弈路径,并定性分析双方的合作稳定策略选择。提出应科学的对风险进行准确预判和合理规避,同时政府应将激励、惩罚和监督手段科学化、合理化并规范化,结合第三方监督模式,提高与企业的合作效率,保证项目完工。
The paper concludes the result about path on evolutionary game theory and qualitatively analyzes stable strategy choice of cooperation in which the game strategy of two sides in cooperation is studied by building a evolutionary game model, using the scientific method of replicator dynamic equa- tion, Jacobi matrix and partly stability. The paper puts that we should scientifically and accurately forecast the risk and rationally evade it. Meanwhile, the government should make stimulation, punishment and scientific, reasonable and normal supervision, combined with the third party's supervision, to improve the cooperation efficiency which can make the project accomplished.
