摘要
分析了一种基于球铰连接的水田平地装置的刮平原理,建立刮平过程中各油缸长度与铲刀倾角变化关系的数学模型,通过MATLAB仿真出驱动油缸的长度变化量。以典型正弦波地面为输入,得出了在此条件下水田平地机驱动油缸理论情况下的长度、速度、加速度、幅频等特性。在同时给定地面及油缸输入曲线的条件下,得到刮平后的地面参数方程,与刮平前作对比,分析其刮平误差。
The scraping principle of motor grader for paddy field is analyzed in this paper. It is based on spherical joints. The mathematical model between the length of driving hydraulic cylinder and the angle changes of blade is established by the MATLAB software. It makes simulation of the length variation of the driving hydraulic cylinder. With typical sinusoidal road as an input, the length, speed, acceleration and the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the driving cylinder are acquired ; After scraping,the parameter equation of ground is obtained with the hydraulic cylinder curve as an input. The error before and after scraping is analyzed.
