摘要
针对内置式六对极永磁同步电机的电机结构设计优化及电机特性进行研究。首先利用Maxwell/Ansoft软件建立电机完整模型,即确定电机定转子结构、气隙宽度以及永磁体形状和大小等参数;然后对所建立的电机模型进行有限元仿真分析,并根据仿真结果优化电机结构来得到最终优化结果。在此基础上对电机转子铁心进行不同开槽设计分析,并与转子无开槽设计的电机进行了对比分析。
This paper carries out the researches about the structure design and performance analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. A primary model was ascertained according to the characteristics of the motor by using the software of Maxwell. Firstly, with the process of optimization, the structure of the stator and rotor, the air gap's size and the parameters of the permanent magnet was determined. Then some different kinds of structure of rotor was designed and analyzed on the basis of the optimized model. In the end of this paper the characteristics and performance of the new motor is analyzed and compared with the original motor.
