ICCT风险评估法在某大型光电子材料生产项目职业病危害预评价中的应用 被引量:6

Application of ICCT risk assessment method in pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in a large optoelectronic material production project

摘要 目的评估广东省某大型光电子材料生产项目的职业病危害预评价采取的防护措施是否有效。方法应用国际化学品控制工具箱(ICCT)风险评估法。结果应用ICCT评估该项目多个生产工艺在生产过程中作业人员接触的硒及其化合物(按Se计)、镉及其化合物(按Cd计)、氢氧化钠、过氧化氢、硼酸、甲醇、氧化硼、硼氢化钠、硫酸、四氢化锗、砷化氢、氧化钙、硫化氢、磷化氢、亚磷酸、三氯化硼、光气、氯、盐酸、甲烷、一氧化碳、乙醚、碘甲烷、铟及其化合物、碘乙烷等25个化学性危害因素,对危害程度进行危害分组,提供控制方法和个人防护用品的配置分析,并与该项目拟采取的防护设施进行比对,认为防护措施符合相关规定,可有效降低职业病发生率。结论该生产项目使用的职业病危害防护措施合理、有效,基本符合职业病防治法要求。 [Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of preventive measures taken by the occupational hazards pre-evaluation of a large optoelectronic material production project in Guangdong Province. [Methods] The risk assessment method of the international chemical toolbox (ICCT)was used. [Results] ICCT was applied to evaluate 25 occupational hazards existed in multi production processes such as selenium and its compounds (as Se),cadminm and its compounds (as Cd),sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, boric acid, methanol, boron oxide, sodium borohydride, sulfuric acid, germanium tetrahydride, hydrogen arsenide, calcium oxide, hydrogen sulfide, phosphine, phosphite, boron trichloride, phosgene, chlorine, hydrochloric acid, methane, carbon monoxide e,ether,methyl iodide,indium and compounds,iodine ethane and so on,to group the harm level,to provide control method and the configuration analysis of personal protective articles . The results showed the protective measures met the relevant rules and could effectively reduce the incidence of occupational diseases. [Conclusion] The occupational disease prevention measures used in this project are reasonable and effective,and it is in line with the requirements of the occupational disease prevention and control law.
