摘要
阐述了氡对人、实验大鼠和小鼠的肺和血液系统造成的损伤效应。以人类流行病学研究结果为依据证实氡暴露可以引起肺癌。从病理学、细胞遗传学和分子生物学方面全面地揭示了损伤的发生途径和机制。同时,提供了识别暴露的典型的生物标志物。最后指出了今后的研究重点和方向。
This article elucidates the damage effect of radon to the lung and blood system of human, and experimental rat and mouse. It is verified that radon exposure could induce lung cancer on the basis of epidemiological study. The author illustrates comprehensively the pathway and mechanism of damage occurrence and development in terms of pathology, cell genetics and molecular biology. Meanwhile, the paper provides typical biomarkers to identify exposure, and indicates the study emphasis and orientation in future.
