摘要
为了研究装料方式对高炉间接还原区还原效率的影响,通过模拟不同装料方式下高炉炉料组成、温度场和气体成分条件,研究了装料方式对含铁炉料静态还原的影响规律。结果表明,8号高炉现有的3种装料方式中,通过将大小烧分级入炉,在不改变原料条件下,可以改善块状带炉料的透气性,增加含铁炉料的还原度和还原效率。
In order to study the effects of charging method on blast furnace indirect reduction zone reduction efficiency, through simulating the different charging mode of blast furnace burden composition, temperature and gas composition conditions, studied the influence of loading modes on the static reduction of iron bearing material. The results show that the 3 kinds of existing charging method of No. 8 blast furnace, the burning furnace size grading, without changing the material conditions, can improve the permeability of the block with burden, increase the reduction degree and reduction efficiency of iron bearing material.
