湿法脱硫工艺氧化环境对SDA脱硫灰转化及利用试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在实验室模拟了石灰石石膏湿法脱硫工艺的氧化环境,并开展了该条件下SDA脱硫灰的转化实验,考察了充氧时间、反应温度和搅拌速度等工艺参数对SDA脱硫灰氧化效率的影响,结论为:氧化时间为1~1.5 h,氧化温度为50~55℃,搅拌速度为800 r/min。在优化的反应参数条件下,得出SDA脱硫灰的氧化率为95.7%。另外,还开展了氧化后脱硫灰用于水泥缓凝剂的实验,考察了氧化后脱硫灰的掺量对水泥缓凝时间及强度的影响,为SDA脱硫灰应用于石灰石石膏湿法脱硫工艺提供了参考。 The oxidizing environment of limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process was simulated in the laboratory, and the conversion experiment of SDA desulfurization ash under the condition was carried out. The effects of oxygenation time, reaction temperature and stirring speed on the oxidation efficiency of SDA desulfurization ash were investigated. The oxidation time is 1 - 1.5 hours, the oxidation temperature is 50 - 55 E, and the stirring speed is 800 r/min. Under the optimized reaction conditions, the oxidation rate of SDA desulfurization ash was 95.7 %. In addition, also carried out after oxidation desulfurization ash for cement retarder experiments, The effects of the amount of desulfurized ash after oxidation on the retarding time and strength of cement were investigated. Which provides a reference for application of SDA desulphurization ash in limestone gypsum wet desulphurization process.
