摘要
在固定武汉钢铁有限公司二炼钢厂转炉白云石加入量与加入方式的条件下,对比了半自动炼钢与手动炼钢对钢水C,Mn,Si,P,S的影响,结果表明,半自动炼钢条件下使用白云石造渣能够满足钢种成分要求,其中钢水C,Mn,P成分相比手动炼钢波动性小,重现率高,而钢水Si、S成分主要受入炉铁水成分影响,与操作方式无关。
Comparing with manual steel making and semi-automatic steel making, the content of C,Si, Mn, P, S in molten steel has been researched by fixing BOF dolomite amount and incorporation manner of the second branch of steelmaking plant of WISCO. Results show that under the condition of semi-automatic steel making,dolomite slag making in BOF could meet the requirement of steel composition and the content of C,M_n,P in molten steel showed low volatility and high recurrence rate. The content" of Si.S of molten steel was affected by the content of hot metal,and had nothing to do with operation mode.
