The weldability of furnace bottom plate of 0Cr23Nil3 was analyzed. The welding repairing process of the furnace bottom plate was also introuduced. Under continuous annealing conduction , the perfect result has been gained and there was no crack on the furnace bottom plate by choosing reasonable welding wire ZY310, taking gas shield welding, using small line energy, small current and small specification welding.
