摘要
以菜花(Brassica oleracea L.var.botrytis L.)为供试作物,研究了在尿素硝铵溶液中添加腐植酸和黄腐酸2种增效剂的作用效果。结果表明,尿素硝铵溶液加入5%黄腐酸后植株叶绿素含量明显升高,加入腐植酸有助于植株根系发育,提高了根系活力;同时加入腐植酸和黄腐酸2种增效剂后,菜花幼苗的株高、茎粗、干鲜重、叶绿素含量以及根系活力等指标均显著提高,氮肥利用率大幅度提升,对植株生长发育的促进作用更为明显。腐植酸与黄腐酸作为增效剂对速效氮肥的提质增效作用显著,以配比91%UAN+5%FA+4%HA效果最佳。
The effect of adding humic acid and fulvic acid into urea ammonium nitrate solution as two kinds of syner- gist were studied with cauliflower as test crops. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll was significantly increased after adding urea ammonium nitrate solution with 5% fulvic acid, that could promote root growth and ac- tivity. Moreover, the height, stem diameter, fresh and dry weight, content of chlorophyll, root activity and N use effi- ciency of cauliflower seedling all improved significantly when both fulvic acid and humic acid added, indicating the promotion of plant growth and development. Humic acid and fulvic acid as synergist had obvious effect on the quality and efficiency of available nitrogen fertilizer. The optimum composing ratio of humic acid and fulvic acid was 91% UAN+5 %FA+4%HA.
