摘要
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类高度保守,存在于动植物以及病毒中,长约22个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA。MicroRNA基因簇(microRNA cluster)是一类miRNA基因在染色体上成簇排列的基因群。本文现结合前期研究成果探索miRNAs调控相关靶基因与肝癌的密切关系,为肝脏的炎症恶变及干预提供理论依据,同时为肝癌的靶向耐药研究提供研究思路。
MicroRNAs was a kind of highly conservative, existed in animals and plants as well as viruses, about 22 nucleotides long non-coding small RNA molecules. MicroRNA gene cluster was a kind of miRNAs gene clusters of genes on chromosomes. Based on the previous research results to explore miRNAs closely related to the regulation of related target genes and liver cancer, as to provide theoretical basis for malignant liver inflammation. At the same time, provided research ideas of targeted drug resistance of liver cancer.
