摘要
目的检测血浆中长链非编码RNA MALAT1的表达量,探讨MALAT1作为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CAD)诊断指标的可行性。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应qRT-PCR方法检测96例CAD患者及96例非CAD患者血浆中MALAT1的差异表达,同时对上述血浆中MALAT1的表达值绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,并计算ROC曲线下面积(AUC)。结果 CAD患者血浆中MALAT1的表达明显高于其在非CAD患者中的表达量,ROC曲线分析表明,AUC为0.883,Cut-off值为3.026时,诊断CAD的灵敏度为75%,特异度为85%。结论冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者血浆中MALAT1的水平升高,血浆MALAT1可作为诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的独立分子标志物。
Objective: To investigate the MALAT1 expression in coronary heart disease (CAD) and its clinical value as biomarker of CAD. Methods : MALAT1 RNA expression was determined by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction in 96 CAD patients and 96 non CAD patients. The ability to distinguish the CAD group from control group was characterized by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, the area under ROC curve (AUC) was calculated. Results: The results showed that the expression level of MALAT1 in CAD patients was significantly higher than that in the control group. ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC was 0.883, the Cut-off value was 3. 026, the corresponding sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of CAD were 75% and 85%, respectively. Conclusion: MALAT1 might play a positive role in CAD development and can serve as an biomarker for CAD diagnose.
