肝内胆管细胞癌患者CT诊断分析

Intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma in patients with CT analysis

目的分析肝内胆管细胞癌的CT动态增强表现,探讨其临床应用价值。方法选取21例肝内胆管细胞癌患者,分析其CT影像资料和诊断符合率。结果肝门部胆管细胞癌、晚期末梢型胆管癌和初期末梢型胆管癌的CT诊断符合率分别为87.5%、88.8%、75.0%。结论肝内胆管细胞癌CT诊断符合率较高,值得在临床上进行应用和推广。

Objective ： To analyze dynamic enhanced CT manifestation of intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma, and discuss the clinical application value. Methods ： Twenty-one cases of intrahepatic cholangioeareinoma patients were selected, the CT image data and the diagnosis coincidence rate were analyzed. Results： Late hepatic bile duct carcinoma and portal vein peripheral cholangiocarcinoma and early peripheral cholangioeareinoma CT diagnosis coincidence rate were 87.5%, 88.8% and 75. 0% respectively. Conclusion： Intrahepatie eholangiocareinoma CT diagnosis has high coincidence rate, which is worth the clinical application and promotion.
