摘要
目的探讨基于授权理论的健康教育对社区糖尿病患者的影响。方法采取便利抽样的方法选取泰安市两个社区的90例糖尿病患者。对一个社区的45例患者采用基于授权理论的糖尿病健康教育进行干预,另一个社区的45例患者采用常规的健康教育。在干预开始及干预6个月后检测患者的血糖、血脂水平。结果基于授权理论的糖尿病健康教育干预6个月后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、高密度脂蛋白水平均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论基于授权理论的糖尿病健康教育作为一种新的教育方式,教育者与病人共同合作制定符合个体的正确策略,更加注重以病人为中心,有助于激发社区糖尿病患者自我管理疾病的主动性和积极性,提高自我管理糖尿病的能力,稳定血糖水平,延缓并发症的发展,提高了糖尿病患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the influence of health education based on empowerment theory to the patients with diabetes in community. Methods :90 patients with diabetes in 2 communities in Taian city were selected by convenience sampling. 45patients with diabetes were treated by empowerment theory type health education. 45 patients in the other patients were treated with conventional health education. At the begin and after intervention, blood glucose and lipid of the patients levels were detected. Results:After 6 months of health education intervention, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, high density lipoprotein ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Health education based on empowerment theory as a new education way, the educator and the patient work together to make the correct strategy for the individual. Pay more atten- tion to the patient as the center, It is helpful to arouse the initiative and enthusiasm of the patients with diabetes in the commu- nity. Improving the ability of self management of diabetes. Stable blood glucose level, delay the development of complications, Improved the quality of life of patients with diabetes.
