个性化营养指导在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中的效果研究

Research on Effect of Individual Nutrition Guidance in the Nursing of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨与分析个性化营养指导干预妊娠期糖尿病患者临床效果。方法将2014年6月—2015年6月于该院接受干预80例妊娠期合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各40例,对对照组给予常规护理方法,对观察组则选用个性化营养指导护理干预方案,对比两组患者的糖尿病控制水平。结果两组患者血糖水平均得到了不同程度的控制,而选用个性化营养指导结合运动干预的观察组患者空腹血糖水平显著低于对照组,对比两组患者血糖控制基本情况,观察组患者明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者餐后血糖转归率为80.0%,显著高于对照组的45.0%,且观察组患者妊娠期糖尿病转归率为70.0%,同样高于对照组的27.5%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为提高妊娠糖尿病患者的干预效果,保障胎儿的健康成长,宜选用营养支持方案。

Objective To discuss ~nd analyze the clinical effect of individual nutrition guidance in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases of patients with pregnancy and diabetes in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing method, while the observation group adopted the individual nutrition guidance nursing intervention plan, and the diabetes control level was compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose level of the two groups was controlled, but the fasting blood glucose level in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the blood glucose control basic condition in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, （P〈0.05）, and the blood glucose prognosis rate after dinner in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（80.0% vs 45.0%）, and the gestational diabetes mellitus prognosis rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（70.0% vs 27.5%）, and the difference between the two groups was obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In order to improve the intervention effect of diabetes patients and ensure the healthy growth of fetuses, we had better select the nutrition support plan.
