舒血宁注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Shuxuening Injection and Alprostadil Injection in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Vasculopathy

目的探讨糖尿病周围血管病变患者采取舒血宁注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗的效果。方法将该院2013年5月—2016年5月接诊的糖尿病周围血管病变患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分组,每组60例。对照组患者采取常规基础治疗,研究组则加用舒血宁注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗,对两组患者临床效果,以及治疗前后血糖水平、动脉血流速度变化进行观察记录,并对比分析。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖,以及股动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉血流速度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后研究组前述指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围血管病变患者采取舒血宁注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗,不仅可以提高临床效果,改善血糖水平,而且可以更好地改善周围血管血流速度,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the effect of Shuxuening injection and alprostadil injection in treatment of diabetic peripheral vasculopathy. Methods 120 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral vasculopathy diagnosed in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine basic treatment, while the research group adopted the combined treatment of shuxuening injection and alprostadil injection, and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups and the blood glucose level, blood flow rate changes were observed and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and there were no differences in the fasting blood glucose, blood glucose in 2 h after dinner, femoral artery, popliteal artery and foot artery blood flow rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）, but after treatment, the indexes in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The shuxuening injection and alprostadil injection in treatment of diabetic peripheral vasculopatby can not only improve the clinical effect, improve the blood glucose level and better improve the blood flow rate of peripheral vessel, which is worth reference.
