Establishment of Diabetics Prevention and Cure Network in the Fourth Division of Xinjiang Corps

目的探究新疆兵团第四师糖尿病防治网络的建立价值。方法选择2012年1—12月糖尿病防治网络的建立后筛选出的高危人群749名为观察组,选择2011年1—12月糖尿病防治网络的建立前筛选出的高危人群的749名为对照组。分析两组糖调节异常患病筛查情况、经"三高症"知识宣教的糖尿病知识知晓率。结果观察组糖调节异常筛出率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病防治网络的建立后的765名高危人群中参加"三高症"知识宣教的共60名,经宣教后其糖尿病知识的知晓率明显高于宣教前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新疆兵团第四师糖尿病防治网络的建立能有效提高糖调节异常筛出率和糖尿病知识到知晓率,利于早期掌握新疆兵团第四师糖尿病患病率,及时予以干预,改善患者预后,值得在兵团其他师局进一步推广。

Objective To study the establishment value of diabetics prevention and cure network in the fourth division of Xinjiang corps. Methods 749 eases of high-risk group after the establishment of diabetics prevention and cure network from January to December 2012 were selected as the observation group, 749 cases of high-risk group before the establishment of diabetics prevention and cure network from January to December 2011 were selected as the control group, and the screening situation, knowledge education of three high symptoms and awareness rate of diabetic knowledge were analyzed. Results The screening rate of impaired glucose regulation abnormality in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and of the 765 cases of high-risk group after the establishment of diabetics prevention and cure network, 60 cases participated in the knowledge education of three high symptoms, and the awareness rate of diabetic knowledge after education was obviously higher than that before education, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The establishment of diabetics prevention and cure network in the fourth division of Xinjiang corps can effectively improve the screening rate of impaired glucose regulation and awareness rate of diabetic knowledge, which is conducive to the early master of morbidity of diabetes of the fourth division of Xinjiang Corps. intervention in time and improvement of prognosis of patients, and it is worth further promotion in the other corps.
