探讨普通胰岛素与诺和锐治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的治疗效果观察

Study on Effect of Regular Insulin and Nsulin Aspart in Treatment of Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的探讨普通胰岛素与诺和锐治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的治疗效果。方法选取该院近期收治的80例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者作为研究对象,在治疗的过程中,将患者随机分为两组,每组40例患者,选择其中一组患者的观察组,在治疗的过程中采用诺和锐进行治疗,另一组患者作为对照组,在治疗的过程中采取普通的胰岛素进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,在经过一段时间的治疗后,对患者的治疗状况进行初步的监察,重点记录患者的糖尿病酮症酸中毒状况、体内胰岛素水平、尿酮水平,并对患者的24 h的血糖变化状况进行对比分析。结果采用诺和锐进行治疗的观察组患者,相较于采用普通胰岛素进行治疗患者,其糖尿病酮症酸中毒状况的缓解时间比较短,其体内的胰岛素水平与尿酮水平在接受治疗后恢复也比较快,对24 h患者的血糖变化进行分析,观察组患者的血糖水平更加的稳定。结论采用诺和锐进行治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒具有非常积极的治疗效果,在很大程度上的缓解的了患者的病情,值得在临床治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒进行推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of regular insulin and nsulin aspart in treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis： Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the observation group were treated with nsulin aspart, while the control group were treated with regular insulin, and the treatment effect of the two groups was observed, after treatment, the treatment situation was initially monitored and the diabetic ketoacidosis situation, insulin level and urine ketone level of patients were especially recorded and the 24 h blood glucose changes were compared and analyzed. Results The relief time of diabetic ketoacidosis situation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the recovery time of body insulin level and urine ketone level was shorter, and the blood glucose level in the observation group was steadier. Conclusion The effect of nsulin aspart in treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis is very positive, which can relieve the disease condition of patients to a large degree, and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
