综合护理应用于小儿糖尿病临床护理的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in the Clinical Nursing of Diabetes in Children

目的探究综合护理对小儿糖尿病的临床护理疗效。方法选取2015年4月—2016年7月该院收治的72例糖尿病患儿,随机分为研究组和参照组,每组36例,参照组施行常规护理干预,研究组采用综合护理方式,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果两组患儿在护理后FPG、2 h PG、糖化血红蛋白等血糖指标均明显低于护理前,研究组患儿护理后各项血糖指标均明显低于参照组护理后(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够明显改善糖尿病患儿的血糖水平,提高治疗依从性,对患儿的预后有积极的作用。

Objective To study the curative effect of comprehensive nursing in the clinical nursing of diabetes in children. Methods 72 cases of children with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April 24, 2015 to July 20, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the research group adopted the comprehensive nursing method, and the clinical nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the FPG, 2 hPG and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups were obviously lower than those before nursing, and various blood glucose indexes in the research group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can obviously improve the blood glucose level of diabetes children and improve the treatment compliance, which has a positive effect on the prognosis of children.
