探讨彩超在糖尿病足患者下肢动脉病变中的应用

摘要 目的分析与探讨彩超在糖尿病足患者下肢动脉病变中的应用。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年12月间收治的糖尿病足患者80例,分别对其进行彩色多普勒超声检查双下肢动脉,观察血管病变累及部位、动脉内中膜状况等参数指标。结果糖尿病足80例患者中73例患者膝以下胫动脉、腓动脉血管病变,血管中膜钙化至踝部、足背部。另有7例患者趾部血管发现中膜钙化。结论彩超对糖尿病足下肢动脉的检查清晰度高、敏感性强、诊断率高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze and discuss the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the lower extremity arterial diseases of patients with diabetic foot. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic foot admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and the lower limbs artery was examined by the color Doppler ultrasound, and the blood vessel involved sites and arterial intima-media indexes were observed. Results Of 80 cases of patients, there were 73 cases with inferior tibial artery and arteriae peronaea lesions, and vascular calcification was to ankle and foot-back, and themedial calcification occurred to 7 cases. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound in examination of the lower extremity arterial diseases of diabetes patients is clear with strong sensitivity and high diagnosis rate, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
