Potential relationship between myeloid-derived suppressor cells and pulmonary diseases

摘要 髓源性抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)是一种以调节T细胞反应和抑制炎症反应为特征的异质性免疫细胞群.最新研究显示,MDSCs在肺部疾病中有复杂的作用.在这篇综述中,我们讨论了MDSCs作为一种生物标志物和治疗靶点在肺部疾病的潜在作用,特别是肺癌、肺损伤、COPD、哮喘. Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are heterogeneous immune cells,characterized by their potential to regulate the T-cell responses and to suppress inflammation.Though our understanding of the role of MDSCs in pulmonary diseases still remained unclear,latest researches underlined the complicated role of MDSCs in lung diseases.In this review,we will discuss the potential contribution of MDSCs as biomarkers and therapeutic targets in lung cancer,lung injury,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.
