不吸烟非小细胞肺癌研究进展

Research progress of non-smokers with non-small cell lung cancer

近年来，不吸烟的非小细胞肺癌患者数量逐年上升，其起病隐匿、缺乏临床特异性的特点使得患者在发现疾病时错失最佳治疗时机。本综述主要针对不吸烟非小细胞肺癌的临床病理特征、基因突变等方面进行研究，总结了目前不吸烟非小细胞肺癌的临床流行病学、病因学的特点，并且归纳了常见的突变基因。这为不吸烟非小细胞肺癌患者的早期诊断以及精准的靶向治疗提供了可能，从而帮助患者改善生存质量并且提高预后。

In recent years, the number of patients with non small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） who have never smoked before is increasing stablely. Because of the hiding onset and nonspecific clinical symptoms, many patients who are diagnosed at the first time lose the optimal time to be treated. The topics of this review include clinicopathological feature and mutant genes in non smoking NSCLC, summarize the characteristics of clinical epidemiology, etiology and the most common gene mutations. In order to improve the quality of life and prognosis, this review provides the possibility of early diagnosis and precise target therapy for non-smoking NSCLC patients.
