摘要
目的 探讨递进式培训在ICU护士培养期中的作用.方法 将2012年1月至2013年1月菏泽市立医院重症医学科、急诊ICU、神经外ICU、儿童ICU工作3年内的护士进行递进式培训,并与2011年1月至2012年1月的培养期护士进行每个阶段对比.具体方法包括理论授课、操作示范、播放录像、临床实习、个案研究、阶梯式评价(个人自评、带教教师评价、综合评价)6个方面,对ICU培养期护士进行有计划、有目标、有重点的将危重症护理知识理论联系实践的延续性培训.结果 递进式培训后各阶段的理论与操作考试成绩、核心能力测评分值、各阶段培训前后护理工作质量评价分值均显著高于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 递进式培训能提高ICU培养期护士的培训效果,提高护理质量,可在ICU培训中推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of progressive training during the period of training for ICU nurses.Methods Nurses with 3 years' working experience from Intensive Care Unit,ICU for emergency,ICU for neurosurgical and ICU for children of Heze Municipal Hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were given the progressive training,and they were compared with the nurses at the training period from January 2011 to January 2012 at each phase.Specific methods included the following 6 aspects:theoretical lectures,Demo,videos show,clinical practice,case studies and stepwise evaluation(including personal self-assessment,evaluation from teacher and comprehensive evaluation).And the ICU nurses within incubation period were given the intensive training with plans, goals and focus on the basis of the combination of ICU theory and practices.Results The results of theory and practice exams,scores of the core capacity assessment and the quality of nursing at different phase before and after the progressive training were significantly higher than that of the traditional group.The difference was shown statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion Progressive training can improve the training effectiveness of nurses within incubation period and improve quality of care.So this method can be widely applied in the ICU training.
