摘要
男性勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)是糖尿病(diabtes mellitus,DM)众多并发症中常见的症状,据统计,由糖尿病造成的勃起功能障碍(DMED)其发病率约为35%~75.2%,为非糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的3~5倍。糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的治疗涉及众多学科,因此治疗难度较大。中医运用辨证论治,在糖尿病性勃起功能障碍治疗方面,有着较为突出的优势,本文将从糖尿病性勃起功能障(DMED)的病位、病因、病机、治则治法等方面进行论述。
Erectile dysfunction is a common complication arising from diabetes mellitus. According to statistics,the incidence rate of diabetes mellitus erectile dysfunction（DMED） is approximately 35%-75. 2%,amounting to 3-5 times of the incidence rate of non-diabetic erectile dysfunction. The treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction is multi-disciplinary,hence more complicated. Traditional Chinese medicine has specific advantages in treating DMED through syndrome differentiation. This paper summarized the location,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principles of DMED.
