摘要 目的:通过横断面调查研究和精液常规结果,探讨雷达作业人员微波辐射暴露与精液常规的相关性。方法:纳入直接接触雷达的作业人员为辐射组,非雷达直接接触人员作为对照组,对两组人员进行问卷调查,收集雷达工作从业时间、工作地点、每日工作时间、生活习惯(吸烟、饮酒)、手机使用情况、婚育史、辐射接触史等相关资料,同时采集研究对象的精液样本,通过精液常规分析确定精子活力、精子密度、精子总数情况,通过相关分析、回归分析确定雷达辐射人员精子活力、精子密度、精子总数的可能影响因素。结果:吸烟、辐射暴露这两个是影响精子活力正常与否的危险因素,与精子活力密切相关。一般人口学因素、生活习惯相关因素、是否有辐射暴露、从业时间不影响精子总数,与精子总数无关。身体指数BMI、熬夜与否与精子密度有关,辐射暴露、从业时间不影响精子密度,与精子密度无关。结论:雷达作业人员辐射暴露可能会对精子活力产生影响,使精子活力降低。辐射暴露对精子总数、精子密度影响不大。 Objectives: To explore the correlation between the microwave radiation exposure and the semen routine of the radar operators through the cross-sectional study and the routine sperm analysis. Methods: The subjects were divided into two groups(the radiation group and the control group). The radiation group was the radar operators who contacted with the microwave radiation directly,while the control group were those not. The information collected by questionnaire survey included length of working time,working place,daily working time,living habit(smoking,drinking),frequency of utilization of the phone,pregnancies and radiation exposure history. Besides,the semen samples were collected and analyzed to determine the sperm motility,sperm concentration and sperm count. Meanwhile,other factors affecting the sperm motility,sperm concentration,sperm count were determined by the correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results: Smoking and microwave radiation exposure were significant risk factors for the sperm motility. There was no correlation among the general demographic factors,livinghabit,microwave radiation exposure,length of working time and the sperm count. BMI and stay up late affected the sperm concentration,while microwave radiation exposure and length of working time had no influence on the sperm concentration. Conclusion: The microwave radiation exposure may decrease the sperm motility of the radar operators. However,sperm concentration and sperm count cannot be affected by the microwave radiation exposure.
