摘要
失眠障碍是目前最常见的睡眠-觉醒障碍之一,其本质特征是入睡困难,早醒以及对睡眠质量的不满意等,并且影响记忆力、情绪等日间功能,此外患有失眠的高龄人群会有认知功能下降的风险。随着对失眠的认识的加深,针对失眠的治疗也越发重要。失眠的治疗主要包括生活习惯的改变、睡眠卫生的教育、心理和药物治疗等,本文着重介绍药物治疗及认知行为治疗。
Insomnia disorder is one of the most common sleep-wake disorder, its essential character is difficult to fall asleep, early to wake up and not satisfied with sleep quality and will influence daytime functions such as memory and mood. Elderly people who suffer from insomnia will have the risk of cognitive decline. With the deepening learning of insomnia, the treatment of insomnia also becomes important. The therapy for insomnia includes changing lifestyle, sleep hygiene, psychological treatment, drug treatment and etc. This paper mainly focuses on drug therapy and cognitive behavior therapy.
