通过对"舒适化医疗"的概念、临床应用进行阐述,对"舒适化医疗"与医学伦理学的关系进行分析,有利于提高患者对无痛技术的认识,缓解对就医的恐惧心理,推进医患关系的和谐发展。同时,通过对我国"舒适化医疗"发展中存在的困难和挑战进行讨论,从而提出相关对策并对以后的发展道路进行展望,有利于患者对"舒适化医疗"的正确认识,也有利于提高麻醉医生的自身责任感和对患者的人文关怀,引导"舒适化医疗"模式的可持续发展。

Through reviewing the concept and the clinical application of ＂Comfort Medicine＂, and analyzing the relationship between ＂ Comfort Medicine＂ and medical ethics analysis, the article intended to improve patients＂ understanding of ＂ Painless Technology＂, to alleviate their fear of hospitalizing, and to promote the harmonious relationship of the doctorpatient. Moreover, it discussed the difficulties and challenges in the development of ＂Comfort Medicine ＂ in China, then it proposed relevant countermeasures and the future development about it, which could help patients set up a correct understanding of ＂Comfortable Medical Care＂. As a result, the article could help enhancing anesthesiologists＂ own sense of responsibility and patients＂ humanistic care, and guiding the ＂comfortable medical＂ model of sustainable development.
